Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2023, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Thompson, Ed; Gamez; Kacal; Kitzman; Metcalf; Price; and Rogers.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the April 19, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
