Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 10:11 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Bhojani; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; and VanDeaver.

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the May 15, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

At 10:13 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
