Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2023, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Klick, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Klick; Campos; Johnson, Ann; Jones, Jolanda; Jones, Venton; Oliverson; Price; Smith; and Tinderholt.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

 

The committee met for organizational purposes and heard updates from the following entities:

 

 

Department of State Health Services

State Board of Pharmacy

Health & Human Services Commission

At 12:13 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
