Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2023, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 2:46 p.m.

The chair directed that the March 14, 2023, March 28, 2023, and April 11, 2023 minutes for the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
