Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2023, and permission granted on February 28, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lozano, at 4:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lozano; Gates; Bernal; Cunningham; González, Jessica; Hayes; Romero, Jr.; and Tepper.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee met for an organizational meeting to discuss matters relating to:
