Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2023, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Meyer, at 4:07 p.m.

Representative Button offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
