Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, in the Betty King Committee Room at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:05 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The chair laid out the recommended list of bills for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 12, 2023. Senator Hall announced that SB 1745 would be removed.

Senator Alvarado moved that the list of bills recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 12, 2023 be certified. The motion carried with a record vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent.

There being no further business, at 8:08 AM Senator Hall moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
