Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Subcommittee on Higher Education was held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Senator Creighton's Desk.

Senator Mayes Middleton called the meeting to order at 1:26 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Senator Springer moved that the following bills be reported to the full Senate Committee on Education with no recommendation:

 

SB 412- Paxton

SB 459- Paxton

SB 462- Parker

SB 902- West

SB 1055- Nichols

 

There being no objection, the motion carried.

 

There being no further business, at 1:30 PM Senator Middleton moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
