The Chair laid out SB 1.  Testimony was heard on SB 1 – Article III. Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

Senator Hinojosa assumed the chair.

At 10:50 AM Senator Hinojosa moved that the Committee stand in recess until 12:40 PM.

At 12:52 PM the Committee reconvened.
