Pursuant to Rule 1, Texas House Rules and pursuant to Rule 11.03, Texas Senate Rules, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory was held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Senator Charles Perry called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Invited witnesses testifying on the overall operation, function, and structure of the fund are

shown on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 4:40 PM Representative Harris moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
