The subcommittee on Article II will meet to hear public testimony on House Budget recommendations for the following agencies:

- Health and Human Services Commission

- Health and Human Services Commission - Office of Inspector General

- Texas Civil Commitment Office

- Department of State Health Services

- Department of Family and Protective Services

Public testimony may be limited to three minutes.
