The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will meet to hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

- Office of the Attorney General

- Comptroller of Public Accounts

- Texas Commission on the Arts

- Bond Review Board

- Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas

- Texas Commission on State Emergency Communications

- Emergency Services Retirement System

- Employees Retirement System & Social Security Benefit Replacement

- Texas Ethics Commission

- Texas Historical Commission

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.
