The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will meet to hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

- Supreme Court of Texas

- Office of the State Prosecuting Attorney

- Court of Criminal Appeals

- 14 Courts of Appeals

- Office of Court Administration, Texas Judicial Council

- Texas Indigent Defense Commission

- Comptroller's Department, Judiciary Section

- Special Prosecution Unit

- Office of Capital and Forensic Writs

- State Law Library

- State Commission on Judicial Conduct

- Special Provisions Relating to the Judiciary

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.
