The committee will meet to conduct a due process hearing, as required by Section 9.03(e), Housekeeping Resolution, and Committee Rule 9, in MATTER B.
The committee will enter into an executive session to consider any matter authorized to be considered in an executive session under Subchapter B, Chapter 301, Government Code, the Rules of the House of Representatives, the Housekeeping Resolution, and the committee’s rules.
Invited testimony only. Because of the confidential nature of the committee's proceedings in MATTER B under the above authorities, no public comments will be taken. Pursuant to Rule 4, Section 12, House Rules of Procedure, all witnesses will be examined in executive session.
