Designating the first full week in April as Gifted and Talented Students Week for a 10-year period ending in 2033.

Designating November as Ukrainian Genocide Remembrance Month for a 10-year period beginning in 2023.

Authorizing the creation and appointment of joint legislative study committees by the lieutenant governor and speaker of the House of Representatives.
