Relating to reporting by the market monitor of potential manipulation of the wholesale electric market.

SB 2011        Schwertner | et al.     
Relating to the authority of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to impose administrative penalties and enter into voluntary mitigation plans; increasing an administrative penalty.

SB 2012        Schwertner | et al.     
Relating to electricity services; increasing an administrative penalty.

SB 2013        Schwertner | et al.     
Relating to access to and the security of certain critical infrastructure.

SB 2014        King | et al.           
Relating to the legislature's goals for renewable electric generating capacity.

SB 2015        King | et al.           
Relating to the legislature's goals for electric generation capacity in this state.

SJR 1          Schwertner | et al.     
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the creation of the Texas energy insurance fund and the authorization of other funding mechanisms to support the construction and operation of electric generating facilities.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the assistant committee clerk, with your name and the bill number on each copy.
