The Senate Committee on Border Security will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

SB 4           Flores | et al.
Relating to the punishment for certain criminal conduct involving the smuggling of persons or the operation of a stash house; increasing criminal penalties.

SB 11          Birdwell | et al.
Relating to the creation of the criminal offense of improper entry from a foreign nation.

Public testimony will be limited to two minutes.  If providing written testimony, please provide 12 copies to the committee clerk with your name or the name of your organization on each copy, and email a digital copy to the clerk of the committee at Jennifer.Trevino_SC@senate.texas.gov
