Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please submit 40 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Assistant Clerk during the hearing.

Relating to excluding the furnishing of an academic transcript from the definition of "information service" for purposes of sales and use taxes.

SB 987         Kolkhorst              
Relating to reporting requirements regarding recovery audits of payments made to vendors by state agencies.

SB 1237        Flores                 
Relating to compensation and leave for certain security officers or investigators commissioned as peace officers by the comptroller.

SB 1243        Huffman                
Relating to the franchise tax treatment of certain broadband grants made for the purposes of broadband deployment in this state.

SB 1244        Huffman                
Relating to the amount of the fee imposed on certain sexually oriented businesses that is allocated to the sexual assault program fund and the allocation of certain other revenue to that fund; authorizing an increase in the amount of a fee.

SCR 28         Huffman                
Urging Congress to repeal the Government Pension Offset and the Windfall Elimination Provision of the Social Security Act.
