The Senate Finance Committee plans to hold a public hearing on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 3:55 PM in E1.036.

Public testimony is limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 40 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.

· Oral testimony: fill out a paper witness card and submit to the Clerk.

· Oral and written testimony: fill out a paper witness card and hold on to your documents until your name is called to the table.

· Position only: register using the Senate kiosk located in the extension hallways or by going to http://swrs on public-capitol.

· Written testimony only: register your position using the Senate kiosk then bring your 40 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Clerk during the hearing.

Relating to a local optional teacher designation system implemented by a school district, a security officer employed by a school district, the basic allotment and guaranteed yield under the public school finance system, and certain allotments under the Foundation School Program; making an appropriation.
