Relating to continuing education requirements for physicians regarding the identification and assistance of trafficked persons.

Relating to nursing educational programs offered by for-profit entities.

SB 497         Zaffirini               
Relating to the processing and sale of kratom and kratom products; providing civil penalties; creating a criminal offense.

SB 545         Kolkhorst               
Relating to death records maintained and provided by the vital statistics unit of the Department of State Health Services.

SB 576         Menéndez
Relating to the definition of exploitation for purposes of investigating reports of exploitation by certain providers against certain elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities receiving services from those providers.

SB 745         Kolkhorst | et al.      
Relating to fraud prevention under certain health care programs.

SB 780         Hughes                   
Relating to emergency possession of certain abandoned children by designated emergency infant care providers.

Individuals wishing to provide public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes.
