Relating to workplace violence prevention in certain health facilities.

SB 241         Perry                    
Relating to written notification provided by drug manufacturers regarding the cause of generic insulin prescription drug unavailability.

SB 351         Perry                    
Relating to responsibility for certain expenses incurred to temporarily house a child in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services in a hotel.

SB 384         Kolkhorst               
Relating to the sale of clear aligners.

SB 401         Kolkhorst               
Relating to prices charged by a medical staffing services agency during a declared state of disaster; providing a civil penalty.

SB 515         Hall                     
Relating to investigations of child abuse and neglect and the procedures for adding names to or removing names from the central registry of child abuse and neglect.

Relating to licensing and oversight of certain facilities and homes providing substitute care for children in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services.

Relating to certain procedures relating to children placed under a parental child safety placement.

Relating to the composition of the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium.

SB 944         Kolkhorst               
Relating to the commitment order for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are committed to state supported living centers.

SB 1031        Hall                     
Relating to studies or surveys on children's sexual behavior conducted at or by a public primary or secondary school, a public institution of higher education, a prescription drug manufacturer, a research entity, or another person; creating criminal offenses; imposing civil penalties.

SB 1162        Birdwell                 
Relating to the procedures for removing names from the central registry of child abuse and neglect.

SB 1163        Birdwell                 
Relating to the procedures and notice required before an individual's name is added to the central child abuse or neglect registry.

SB 1197        Hall                     
Relating to hospital reporting requirements regarding suspected child abuse, exploitation, or neglect; authorizing an administrative penalty.

Individuals wishing to provide public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes.
