Relating to the designation of the portion of U.S. Highway 84 in Joaquin as the Lt. General O.R. "Cotton" Whiddon Memorial Highway.

Extending the duty of the comptroller of public accounts under Section 7-c, Article VIII, Texas Constitution, to deposit certain tax revenue to the state highway fund.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes per person.
