The State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) will meet at 4:00

p.m. and The Texas Infrastructure Resiliency Fund Advisory Committee

(TIRF) will meet following the SWIFT hearing. The advisory committees

shall review the overall operation, function, and structure of the funds

at least semiannually and may provide comments and recommendations to the

board on any matter.
