SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 57
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Betty Bilimek
 
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Betty Lou Beair Bilimek of Maud on April 29, 2025, at
  the age of 80; and
         WHEREAS, The daughter of Homer and Mary Beair, the former
  Betty Beair was born in Middle Point, Ohio, on March 6, 1945, and
  she grew up with the companionship of eight siblings, Grace,
  Florence, Lucille, Mary, Roy, Ray, Ron, and Ruth; she married
  Robert Lee Bilimek on June 6, 1964, and the couple shared a
  fulfilling union that spanned six decades; she took great pride
  in their five children, Linda, Nancy, Laura, Robert, and Daniel,
  and with the passing years, she had the pleasure of seeing her
  treasured family grow to include seven grandchildren, six
  great-grandchildren, and a number of step-grandchildren and
  step-great-grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, A woman of strong faith, Mrs. Bilimek was a valued
  member of Maud Church of God of Prophecy; above all else, she
  cherished the time that she spent with her family, and she
  enjoyed fishing and sports in her leisure hours; and
         WHEREAS, Although she is deeply missed, the passage of time
  will never diminish the joy and love that Betty Bilimek brought
  into the lives of all who knew her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory
  of Betty Lou Beair Bilimek and extend sincere condolences to the
  members of her family: to her husband, Robert Lee Bilimek Sr.; to
  her children, Linda Marie Bilimek, Nancy Jane Kemp and her
  husband, Ricky, Laura Ann Mitchell, Robert Lee Bilimek Jr., and
  Daniel Lynn Bilimek; to her grandchildren, Bradley Mitchell and
  his wife, Dorothy, Scotty and Delaney Mitchell, Zach Mitchell and
  his wife, Alisa, Sara Brooks, Cara Foster and her husband, Chris,
  Jessica Bilimek, and Robert Lee Bilimek III and his wife, Halle;
  to her step-grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Kami Wells; to her
  great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Gracie, and Gemma McCord, Colton
  Foster, Ayla Bilimek, and Olivia Mitchell; and to her other
  relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns
  this day, it do so in memory of Betty Bilimek.
