SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 62
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Kyle Bough
 
         WHEREAS, Family and friends were deeply saddened by the
  passing of Kyle Richard Bough of Kilgore on June 14, 2025, at the
  age of 90; and
         WHEREAS, The son of Clyde Earl Bough and Mabel Bough, Kyle
  Bough was born on January 2, 1935, in Stockton, Missouri, where
  he grew up with the companionship of three siblings, Lyle,
  Donald, and Jean Carol; answering his nation's call to duty, he
  served with the U.S. Army for two years; and
         WHEREAS, In 1961, Mr. Bough exchanged vows with his wife,
  Elaine, and the couple shared a rewarding marriage that spanned
  nearly six and a half decades; they were blessed with five
  children, Sheila, Richard, Carol, Michelle, and Scott, and
  through the years, their cherished family grew to include 15
  grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a
  great-great-grandchild; and
         WHEREAS, Over the course of his career, Mr. Bough worked as
  a charter bus driver and in the trucking industry before joining
  the Western Company of North America; in 1978, he and his family
  settled in Kilgore; and
         WHEREAS, Although Kyle Bough is greatly missed, he has left
  his loved ones with a wealth of memories that they will forever
  treasure; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life
  of Kyle Richard Bough and extend sincere condolences to the
  members of his family: to his wife, Elaine Bough; to his
  children, Sheila Smithwick and her husband, Carl, Richard Bough,
  Carol Loizeaux and her husband, Tim, Michelle Renaud and her
  husband, Joe, and Scott Bough and his wife, Tosha; to his
  grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild;
  and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns
  this day, it do so in memory of Kyle Bough.
