Amend CSHB 4 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to ARTICLE III of the bill and renumbering the SECTIONS of the article accordingly:

SECTION ____.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the districts described by Chapter 7 (SB 6), Acts of the 87th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, 2021, shall apply to the election of the members of the United States House of Representatives from the State of Texas during any period when the use of the districts described by Article II of this Act is enjoined by court order.
