Amend Amendment No. 1 by Shaheen to HB 18 on page 2, lines 12 through 14, by striking "the per diem set by the Texas Ethics Commission for each day of a regular or special legislative session under Section 24a(e), Article III, Texas Constitution" and substituting "$2 million".
