Amend SB 8 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 8, strike lines 15-24.

(2)  On page 9, line 14, strike "or 3002.105".

(3)  Renumber the sections of proposed Subchapter C, Chapter 3002, Government Code, and cross-references to those sections accordingly.
