R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their
  memories of Charlene Cravotta Harber of Dallas, who was tragically
  lost in the July 2025 flooding in Kerr County along with her
  husband, William Michael "Mike" Harber, and her granddaughters,
  Blair and Brooke Harber; and
         WHEREAS, The former Charlene Cravotta was born in 1950 to
  Charles and Mae Cravotta, and she grew up in a family that also
  included her four siblings, Lisa, Jimmy, Brenda, and Chuck; and
         WHEREAS, A caring wife, mother, and grandmother, Mrs. Harber
  shared a fulfilling relationship with her husband, and she took
  great pride in her children, RJ and Jennifer, and in her two
  granddaughters; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Harber benefited many students through her
  service as a tutor at several private schools in the Dallas area,
  including The Episcopal School of Dallas and Parish Episcopal
  School, and she and Mr. Harber were known for their friendliness
  and zest for life; and
         WHEREAS, Although she will be deeply missed, the passage of
  time will never diminish the joy and love that Charlene Harber
  brought into the lives of all who knew her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
  Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory
  of Charlene Cravotta Harber and extend sincere condolences to the
  members of her family: to her son, RJ Harber, and his wife, Annie;
  to her daughter, Jennifer Harber; to her sister, Lisa Cravotta
  King; to her brother, Jimmy Cravotta; and to her other relatives and
  many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Charlene
  Harber.
