R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at
  the loss of Alejandro Rodriguez IV, who passed away on April 7,
  2025, at the age of 25; and
         WHEREAS, Born on July 21, 1999, Alejandro Rodriguez was a
  source of great pride for his parents, Alejandro Rodriguez III and
  Anna Gilda Rodriguez, and his grandparents, Alejandro and Olivia
  Rodriguez and Daniel and Susie Botello; a loving brother, he grew up
  sharing in the companionship of his three siblings, Veronica,
  Ramon, and Gabriel; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Rodriguez attended Texas A&M University in
  College Station, where he developed lifelong friendships and took
  part in the collegiate trap and skeet team; after graduating from
  Texas A&M with a degree in political science, he continued his
  education at South Texas College of Law Houston, and he was a month
  from graduating at the time of his passing; and
         WHEREAS, Known for his loyal and generous nature,
  Mr. Rodriguez supported his loved ones in myriad ways, always ready
  with a helping hand, and he further enriched the lives of those
  around him with his joyous zest for life and delightful sense of
  humor; and
         WHEREAS, Although his journey on this earth ended far too
  soon, Alejandro Rodriguez has left his loved ones with a wealth of
  memories that they will forever treasure; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
  Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of
  Alejandro Rodriguez IV and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members
  of his family and his many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Alejandro
  Rodriguez.
