R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
the loss of Alejandro Rodriguez IV, who passed away on April 7, |
|
2025, at the age of 25; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on July 21, 1999, Alejandro Rodriguez was a |
|
source of great pride for his parents, Alejandro Rodriguez III and |
|
Anna Gilda Rodriguez, and his grandparents, Alejandro and Olivia |
|
Rodriguez and Daniel and Susie Botello; a loving brother, he grew up |
|
sharing in the companionship of his three siblings, Veronica, |
|
Ramon, and Gabriel; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Rodriguez attended Texas A&M University in |
|
College Station, where he developed lifelong friendships and took |
|
part in the collegiate trap and skeet team; after graduating from |
|
Texas A&M with a degree in political science, he continued his |
|
education at South Texas College of Law Houston, and he was a month |
|
from graduating at the time of his passing; and |
|
WHEREAS, Known for his loyal and generous nature, |
|
Mr. Rodriguez supported his loved ones in myriad ways, always ready |
|
with a helping hand, and he further enriched the lives of those |
|
around him with his joyous zest for life and delightful sense of |
|
humor; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although his journey on this earth ended far too |
|
soon, Alejandro Rodriguez has left his loved ones with a wealth of |
|
memories that they will forever treasure; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of |
|
Alejandro Rodriguez IV and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members |
|
of his family and his many friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Alejandro |
|
Rodriguez. |
