R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Annie Meyers has distinguished herself in her |
|
|
responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State |
|
|
Senator Brent A. Hagenbuch during the 1st Called Session of the |
|
|
89th Texas Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Meyers has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, |
|
|
which have included assisting with the office's communication and |
|
|
social media efforts, and throughout her tenure, she has |
|
|
demonstrated great adaptability and collaborated effectively with |
|
|
senate staff; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the |
|
|
field of public service, she has learned more about the legislative |
|
|
process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Annie Meyers has performed her duties as a |
|
|
legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 89th Texas Legislature, 2nd |
|
|
Called Session, hereby commend Annie Meyers for her service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent A. |
|
|
Hagenbuch and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued |
|
|
success in all her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Meyers as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
Senate. |
