R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Denisse Vargas has distinguished herself in her |
|
|
responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State |
|
|
Senator Brent Hagenbuch during the summer of 2025 and the 1st Called |
|
|
Session of the 89th Texas Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Vargas has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, |
|
|
including conducting legislative research and financial analysis |
|
|
as well as engaging with stakeholders, and she has demonstrated |
|
|
exceptional adaptability and professionalism; in addition to |
|
|
gaining valuable experience in the field of public service, she has |
|
|
learned more about the legislative process and the issues facing |
|
|
citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Vargas currently attends The University of |
|
|
Texas at Austin, where she is studying economics; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Denisse Vargas has performed her duties as a |
|
|
legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 89th Texas Legislature, 2nd |
|
|
Called Session, hereby commend Denisse Vargas for her service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent Hagenbuch |
|
|
and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
|
|
her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Vargas as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
Senate. |
