Amend CSHB 23 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, line 11, following the period, insert "(d) This section does not limit the authority of a municipally owned utility, as that term is defined under Section 11.003, Utilities Code, to review development documents to ensure the safe interconnection of electrical installations within the utility's service area.".
