The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 23 on third reading as follows:
(1) On page 4, line 10, strike "REGULATORY AUTHORITY LIABILITY." and substitute "LIABILITY. (a)".
(2) On page 4, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:
(b) A person reviewing a development document or conducting a development inspection under Section 247.002 is liable for damages resulting from the person's acts or omissions in conducting the review or inspection.
