Amend CSHB 103 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 10, strike "and".
(2) On page 2, line 13, following the underlined semicolon, add "and".
(3) On page 2, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following appropriately lettered paragraph and renumber subsequent paragraphs accordingly:
(____) an estimate of the minimum dollar amount required to be spent annually for debt service resulting from the issuance of a bond;
