Amend Amendment No. 1 by Luther to CSHB 121 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 20, between "Services" and "and", insert ", the board of trustees of the school district or governing body of the open-enrollment charter school,".

(2)  On page 1, line 23, between "(B)." and "Each", insert "the board of trustees of a school district or governing board of an open-enrollment charter school notified under this subsection shall also notify a local or state law enforcement agency and the local prosecuting attorney if the report is based on evidence that a person engaged in misconduct described by Section 22.093(c)(1)(A) or (B)."

(3)  On page 2, line 12, between "department" and "and", insert ", the board of trustees of the school district or governing body of the open-enrollment charter school,".
