(1) On page 10, line 1, strike "Subsection (n)" and substitute "Subsections (n) and (o)".
(2) On page 10, strike lines 4 and 5 and substitute the following:

(3) On page 10, line 13, strike "measure" and substitute "diagnose".
(4) On page 13, line 1, between "(n)" and "Nothing", insert the following:
