Amend CSHB 130 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 26 through 27, strike "and acting on behalf of a foreign adversary does not gain" and substitute "does not provide a foreign adversary".

(2)  On page 3, lines 24 through 26, strike "shall store all genome sequencing data of residents of this state only at a location in the United States" and substitute "may not store any genome sequencing data of a resident of this state at a location within the borders of a country that is a foreign adversary".
