The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 145 (house committee report) on page 5, between lines 21 and 22, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, this section does not affect an express contractual right of a person or entity involving a communications facility or the shared use of an electric facility or pole attachment.
