Amend CSHB 150 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 8 and 9, strike "this state, a state agency," and substitute "a state agency".

(2)  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  Section 2054.5181, Government Code, is repealed.
