Amend HB 463 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike "that is the subject of the charged offense" in each of the following instances:

(A)  on page 3, lines 1 and 2;

(B)  on page 3, line 5; and

(C)  on page 3, lines 11 and 12.

(2)  Strike "that is the subject of the offense" in each of the following instances:

(A)  on page 3, line 16;

(B)  on page 3, line 20;

(C)  on page 4, line 7; and

(D)  on page 5, lines 14 and 15.

(3)  On page 9, line 20, strike "that was the subject of the offense".
