Amend CSHB 500 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 7, line 17, strike "$10,000,000" and substitute "$20,000,000".

(2)  On page 15, line 1, strike "$328,332,698" and substitute "$318,332,698".

(3)  On page 15, line 11, strike "$328,332,698" and substitute "$318,332,698".
