Amend HB 554 on third reading, in SECTION 1 of the bill, by striking the text of amended Section 2154.202(g)(1), Occupations Code, as amended by Amendment No. 1 by Manuel on second reading, and substituting the following:

(1)  beginning June 14 and ending at midnight on June 19 in a county in which the commissioners court of the county has approved the sale of fireworks during the period;
