Amend HB 805 (house committee printing) on page 1 as follows:

(1)  Strike lines 8 through 13.

(2)  On lines 14 and 15, strike "establishing new interconnections described by Subdivision (1)" and substitute "expanding the ERCOT power region to include all counties in this state".
