Amend HB 876 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  If any provision of this Act conflicts with a provision of another Act of the 89th Legislature, Regular Session, 2025, relating to the establishment of the Texas Cyber Command as a component institution of The University of Texas System and the transfer to it of certain powers and duties of the Department of Information Resources, the provision of the other Act prevails to the extent of the conflict, regardless of the relative dates of enactment.
