Amend HB 1106 (house committee report) on third reading as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 11, between "changed" and the underlined semicolon, insert ", unless the refusal causes the child severe mental or emotional harm".

(2)  On page 1, line 12, between "orientation" and the underlined period, insert ", unless the refusal causes the child severe mental or emotional harm".

(3)  On page 4, line 17, between "changed" and the underlined semicolon, insert ", unless the refusal causes the child severe mental or emotional harm".
