The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 1238 (house committee printing) on page 2, between lines 8 and 9, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) The executive director may require an engineer or geoscientist that submits a virtual inspection described by Subsection (c)(2) to conduct an additional in person inspection if the initial visual inspection reveals an issue the executive director determines merits an in person inspection.
