Amend CSHB 1359 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 2 and 3, after "39.157(e)" strike ", [and] 39.203, and 39.9035" and substitute "and 39.203".

(2)  On page 6, line 18, between "provider" and "or", insert ", electric cooperative, municipally owned utility,".
