Amend CSHB 1482 (house committee report) on page 1 as follows:

(1)  Between lines 4 and 5, insert the following:

SECTION 1.  This Act may be cited as Mason and Sam's Law.

(2)  Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
