Amend HB 1778 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 7, strike line 22, and substitute "the actor committed any part of the offense [in a location that was]:".

(2)  On page 7, strike line 25, and substitute the following:

(A)  a school or a school bus stop or other area designated by a school as a pick-up or drop-off zone for students; [or]

(3)  On page 8, strike line 12, and substitute "Section 42.002, Human Resources Code; [or]".

(4)  On page 8, line 18, between "place" and the period, insert the following:
